Our Commodore said it best (about this trip!)…

Today I saw the real face of the WYA. I saw Bob B. smile when he said, “even with all the problems we had a great trip.” Then while eating crabs, Donna B. went down the list of marinas and all of the special treatment that she experienced at each one. When in the pool, Mike E. said, “that was real good one,” and that was with that big smile that he always carries around with him.

Yes, I truly saw the face – one image that was made up of many faces, many stories, and a lot of fun. I saw the look of fulfillment on the face of Joe L. as he reported the highlights of the week. I heard in the voice of Steve G. his approval as he is already talking & thinking about next year.

So let me tell you what I saw, I saw the faces of 33 people that truly enjoyed their week and enjoyed the people they were with during that week. I saw 1 entity, not 33 people or 16 boats. What I saw was the WYA.
