EVENT CHECKLIST   

The purpose of the trailer is to “house” our WYA belongings for events and not purchase new items each and every time an event takes place but instead go to the trailer and gather items, pack them in your car or haul the trailer to the event location. January, 2021: The WYA Trailer is housed at  Coles Point Marina and will be transported to Bayside Marina for our first official WYA event on the weekend of  March 20, 2021.

  • Please read over the helpful hints for planning your event at this LINK. 
  • Please do not purchase new items for events until you have reviewed the inventory list of items that have already been purchased and are in our trailer.
  • Prepare for your event by checking the supplies in trailer first before purchasing:

  • Make sure the WYA event BANNER & WYA event flag are brought from the trailer AND are AT YOUR EVENT.   
  • PREFERRED BEER & WINE FOR EVENTS include the following items (based on 50 members RSVP attending).  Please check inventory LINK before purchasing

  • Upon review of the link above, it will be your duty as fleet captain (or co-float captain depending upon division of duties) to review this inventory list,  to GO the trailer and gather the items you need for event, take them with you or take the trailer to the event location
  • AGAIN ONLY PURCHASE items for event after you have reviewed the inventory checklist.
  • Event Management & Communication:   After you have purchased your items, use the reimbursement form (link below) to be reimbursed for costs you have incurred.  These costs are emailed direct to our WYA Treasurer
